Tomorrow in Washington, School of the Americas Watch will be hosting a free one-day conference, including Sebastian Patiño, a conscientious objector from Colombia.
Sebastian, who is participating in a speaking tour sponsored by FOR and the War and Peace in the Americas Working Group of the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill, is joining a panel on militarization in Latin America as part of the 2012 Days of Prayer and Action initiative.

The conference on Saturday will be followed by a strategy session on fighting militarization, which is also free but requires registration.
Sunday evening, SOA Watch will host a benefit concert, and on Monday at 12:00 noon, there will be a rally and civil disobedience on Capitol Hill, followed by meetings with members of Congress on Monday and Tuesday.
