Fellowship of Reconciliation

Friends,

Sadly, the Syrian regime has imprisoned thousands of nonviolent civilians. We're keeping track of 71 nonviolent prisoners of conscience who have been imprisoned for 60 days or more.

Syrian organizations are leading the call to release nonviolent political prisoners being held in Syria. Will you join FOR, the Syrian Nonviolence Movement, and 18 other Syrian organizations in demanding their freedom?

Sign the petition to release Syrian political prisoners and support nonviolence in Syria.

We will provide these signatures to activists in the Syrian Nonviolence Movement so they can attempt to deliver the petition directly to the Syrian government. Signatures will also be sent to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad as well as the Syrian UN office and the Russian UN office.

This video highlights the story of one such prisoner, Eslam Dabbas, about whom we wrote you before -- but we are concerned for all of them.

We need your help in concert with 19 different Syrian groups calling for the release of political prisoners.

Sign the petition to release Syrian political prisoners now.

Thank you!
