Fellowship of Reconciliation

Dear Friends,

I'll get right to the point:

Make a tax-deductible donation before Dec. 31 and we'll send you a special gift from FOR's history.

Donate by Dec. 31 and get a thank-you gift!

Poster featuring four covers of the MLK comic book

For any donation of $15 or more, get a free copy of Martin Luther King and the Montgomery Story, originally published by FOR in 1957, and featured on the Rachel Maddow and Colbert Report shows this year!

For any donation of $35 or more, you'll get the comic book, and a full-size poster (shown above) featuring the cover images in English, Spanish, Arabic and Farsi.

And donations from new donors will be doubled up to $4,000, thanks to a matching grant from Rev. Kristin Stoneking.

But these offers will expire on Dec. 31, so make your tax-deductible donation today!

In 2013, we did some amazing things together, from helping launch the 21st Century Freedom Ride, to passing local anti-drone legislation, to training the next generation of nonviolence leaders through the International FOR Fellowship School.

In 2014, our regional organizers will support you to make even more grassroots change happen -- but we need your financial support in order to do so. And we've got a special way to say thanks for your gift!

Free MLK comic and poster with your donation

One of our favorite moments of 2013 was when Rachel Maddow introduced civil rights legend Rep. John Lewis and his new graphic memoir, March: Book One, by profiling FOR's comic book about Dr. King.

Originally published in 1957 and republished in 2011, Martin Luther King and the Montgomery Story has again become our most popular resource -- and we'd like to give a copy to you.

For any donation of $15 or more, we'll send you a free copy of Martin Luther King and the Montgomery Story.

Martin Luther King and the Montgomery StoryOur historic comic book has now been translated into several foreign languages and documented as an influence on key international nonviolent activists, including those involved in the Egyptian 2011 popular revolution.

For any donation of $35 or more, we'll send you a poster-sized reproduction of the comic book cover in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Farsi -- and a copy of the English-language comic book!

This handsomely-produced poster, suitable for framing, would be a perfect addition to any collection of social movement literature or artwork.

And don't forget that until Dec. 31, all donations from new donors will be doubled up to $4,000, thanks to a personal matching grant from Rev. Kristin Stoneking.

Act now -- make your tax-deductible donation and take advantage of these offers before they expire in three days!

In peace,

Ethan Vesely-Flad
