What do our faith traditions say about labor, workers’ rights and dignity? Join us as we engage with leaders in our communities who are defending workers and their rights. If you’re involved in faith-labor work, come share your story. If you’re not involved, come find out how you can help - especially at your campus or community. Featured speakers include representatives from USC’s Student Coalition Against Labor Exploitation, Guillermo Torres from Clergy and Laity United for Economic Justice Los Angeles (CLUE-LA), Lolita Andrada Lledo, associate director of the Filipino Workers Center, and representatives from USC’s Muslim community service organization Ansar Service Partnership.
This event is free but donations are encouraged.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
