Fellowship of Reconciliation

Friends,

False Positive killing victims - ColombiaThe fruit of years of research and documentation, The Rise and Fall of “False Positive” Killings in Colombia: The Role of U.S. Military Assistance, 2000-2010 takes on the evidence for how U.S. aid to the Colombian Army impacted over 5,700 homicides of civilians by soldiers. Did this aid lead to a human rights success or a disaster? And how would we know?

John Lindsay-Poland of the Fellowship of Reconciliation has worked intensively for the past 16 months to prepare this landmark report. Next week in Washington, you are invited to two special events at which the report will be nationally launched by FOR in partnership with key ally organizations who have helped bring this exhaustive research to the public.
