Dear Friends,
You may have received a message over the weekend -- or you may in the coming days -- stating that your "account has been removed at the Fellowship of Reconciliation site http://forusa.org." This alert is in reference to a defunct registration process on the FOR website and has nothing to do with our email lists, newsletter subscriptions, or membership.
Please rest assured that you are still a valued supporter of FOR. If you were subscribed to the FOR newsletter, you have not been unsubscribed. You have not been removed from mailing lists, nor have you been added to any new mailing lists.
The short story is: We goofed. In the process of upgrading our website, we removed references to supporters that had once been stored on the website. The alert messages were inadvertantly auto-generated as a result.
So again: Friends, we really appreciate you being a supporter of FOR, and would never remove you from our listings without your request. We sincerely apologize for the confusion these messages caused.
